Materials must meet one of the following criteria: 100% of front elevation may be stucco or similar materials such as "Drivit". 100% of front elevation may be cedar siding if all four elevations (front, both sides, rear) are entirely cedar siding. Siding, subject to above criteria, may be cedar, aluminum or vinyl. Siding colors (other than masonry) are restricted to whites, grays, beiges and earth tones only. |

| Roofing Materials |
Must meet City of Naperville Building Code. Cedar shakes, concrete tiles and "three-dimensional architectural" asphalt or fiberglass shingles with a minimum weight of 300 pounds and a minimum of a thirty-year warranty will be allowed. Standard asphalt and fiberglass shingles are not allowed. No metal roofs are allowed. |
