Next we will review your floor plan ideas. We may also recommend reviewing our many suggested floor plans, which may help make your plan better. We will record your preferences and ideas on our pre-selected feature forms. Consider these discussion sheets-our way of setting parameters and putting your preferences on paper.

Once you decide the most approachable path to your new front door, we'll roll up our sleeves, sharpen our design, and estimation pencils, and map out your plan. You've achieved a certain status in life that gives you the experience to know what you need, want, and love in a home. We share the excitement you feel about creating, designing, and building your dream home.

We've also been around the block a few times. We offer you combined expertise that includes working with many custom-home buyers, remodeling awkward, dated floor plans, restoring 100 year old buildings and by building hundreds of new homes.

We've seen the housing market from the eyes of dreamy custom-home buyers as well as from the eyes of reality-hardened custom-home sellers and professional real estate brokers.

We want you to achieve your dreams. We also want to give you the best advice we can to make your custom home a sound economic investment. We may on occasion wince at your ideas and explain some hard economic realities. We feel it is our job as design-build consultants.

While we voice our opinions, we know you're the boss. We will strive to meet your expectations and make any changes that you feel are necessary to make your new home better.

Once the selection process is completed, you can sit back, relax and watch your home being built. We will have a couple scheduled formal walkthroughs at certain points during construction to ensure what you designed with us is what you are getting. To add to your experience, we update the progress of your home with pictures on our website weekly. This is especially nice if you have family and friends out of the area that would also like to share in your excitement!
