Ranch minimum square footage: 2,100
Minimum side-to-side dimension: 55 feet

Siding
Materials

Materials must meet one of the following criteria:Siding must be cedar - no vinyl, aluminum or Hardi-board may be used.

Not less than 50% of front elevation shall be masonry, including brick and stone, but excluding concrete block, split face block, stucco or similar material

100% of front elevation may be stucco or similar materials such as "Drivit" if all four elevations (front, both sides, rear) are entirely stucco or "Drivit".

100% of front elevation may be cedar siding if all four elevations (front, both sides, rear) are entirely cedar siding.

Siding colors (other than masonry) are restricted to whites, grays, beiges and earth tones only.

Materials

Must meet City of Naperville Building Code.

Cedar shakes, concrete tiles and "three-dimensional architectural" asphalt or fiberglass shingles with a minimum weight of 300 pounds and a minimum of a thirty-year warranty will be allowed. Standard asphalt and fiberglass shingles are not allowed. No metal roofs are allowed.

Driveway surface may be poured concrete, bomanite, brick, modular pavers or asphalt. No gravel, screenings or other "loose" materials are permitted.

Driveways may only be installed leading from the closest street to the garage doors. No driveway or apron may be installed, except for circular driveways, which does not lead to a garage door. No portion of a driveway shall be closer then 3' to a side property line.

Chimneys
